Confidence is vital because it is the difference that makes the difference. When people consistently take action and make the appropriate course corrections, they get massive results and achieve all their goals. However, if they lack the confidence to take action, they will stay stuck. It would be no different if they had no dreams or goals at all. After all, what's the point of wishing for anything if you don't pursue it? Having confidence, especially when it comes to having the ability to communicate, is absolutely essential. Without it, people don't communicate effectively. The degree to which you are confident and communicate well with others is the degree to which you will succeed in life, no matter what context you're referring to: business, family, friends, career, and so on. It is directly proportional to the degree to which you will experience a rewarding and fulfilling life. We are naturally drawn to confident people. Imagine what it would be like to have people coming up just wanting to meet you, simply because you are so confident that you automatically make an impression in their minds as being somebody different. Imagine how it feels to exude an attractive energy, one that radiates out and attracts people to you.
