How to Create Your Daily Wellbeing

How to create your daily wellbeing?

Planning can really help, right?
Let’s take a cue from the Daily Wellbeing Wheel.
And check out my 4 favorite activities.
We’ll also see what I eat for breakfast

1.    Morning Wellbeing

Here’s what we can do:
→ Enjoy a healthy breakfast to fuel our bodies
→    Do yoga, tai chi, or Pilates to calm our minds
→    Drink lemon water to kickstart our metabolism
→    Practice meditation to find peace and clarity
→    Take a cold shower to boost our mood and energy

My favorite is…
→    Meditation

But I also love my special porridge.

Here’s my recipe:
→    60 grams of oats (carbs + fiber)
→    30 grams of vanilla whey protein (protein)
→    30 grams of walnuts (fats)
→    A splash of rice milk
→    A pinch of cinnamon

Stir it well.
Put it in the fridge.
Then eat it the next day.
Yep, you got it right! You have to prepare it the day before.
Delicious — simply delicious!

2.    Afternoon Wellbeing

Here’s what we can do:
→    Take 10 deep breaths to clear our heads
→    Take a screen break to recharge our minds
→    Step outside for fresh air to refresh our bodies
→    Have a healthy snack to keep our energy levels up
→    Do a quick workout or stretch to shake off any tension

My favorite is…
→    Stepping outside

Nature is magical, isn’t it?
And why not mix that with those special 10 deep breaths?

3.    Evening Wellbeing

Here’s what we can do:
→    Read a book or listen to music to unwind
→    Reflect on our day to see what we learned
→    Have a healthy dinner to nourish our bodies
→    Take a screen break to give our eyes a rest before bed
→    Spend time with loved ones to strengthen connections

My favorite is…
→    Reflecting on my day

It’s incredible how we can grow just by reflecting.
Especially if you reflect out loud like I do.
Don’t worry, I’m not crazy — it’s like therapy for me

4.    Night Wellbeing

Here’s what we can do:
→    Stretch gently to wind down for sleep
→    Create a calming bedtime routine to relax
→    Create a cozy, dark bedroom for peaceful sleep
→    Try Progressive Muscle Relaxation to help you sleep
→    Jot down three things we’re grateful for to end the day well

My favorite is…
→    Creating a calming bedtime routine

Sleep is the foundation of health, right?

Let’s see if you agree with me:
→ Morning routine — Overrated
→ Bedtime routine — Underrated
