What Are You Choosing For This Year-End

“I will start it in January!”

As a life coach, do you know how many times I heard that statement?
→   “I’ll get in shape starting in January!”
→   “I’ll start to eat better after the holidays!”
→   “In January, I’ll start taking care of my health!”

Now, I don’t know how you’re gonna spend your time this year-end.
And I don’t think I have the superpowers to change your routine.
But I can share with you 5 simple practices that will accompany me during this period as well (who knows, maybe you’ll keep me company).

🧘🏽‍♂️  Meditation
20 minutes of meditation every morning as part of my morning routine.

✍🏽   Writing
20 minutes of writing each day, like what I’m doing now as I write these words for you.

🏋🏼‍♂️   Workout
60 minutes in the gym every day (yes, the gym is my second house 😍)

📖   Reading
10 minutes of reading each day, just to learn something new.

🥑   Healthy Nutrition
Yes, even during this period I can’t live without my delicious Oatmeal … 😏

Of course I will spend some time with my family, but let’s remember:
“The best way to be well with others is to be well with ourselves.”
So, don’t wait for next year to do something you know will make you feel good just today.
