Top 12 Psychological Safety Green Flags

Is your team Psychologically safe?
To figure it out, do this:
Take a pen and paper and give a score from 1 to 10 to these 12 green flags by asking this question:
“On a scale of 1 to 10, how true is this statement within my team?”

Here are the 12 green flags:
1.    Your uniqueness is considered a key pillar of the team’s success
2.    Your growth is totally tied to the team’s feedback loop
3.    You feel free to share ideas and be part of the innovation
4.    You feel a sense of belonging and accomplishment within your team
5.    You learn more from mistakes than from successes
6.    You see conflict as an opportunity to better understand others
7.    Your wellbeing is seen as the fuel for both you and the entire team
8.    Your work environment is based on transparency
9.    You enjoy the harmony between work and personal life
10.   You feel comfortable to give and get trust within your team
11.   You stand on the winner’s podium together with the whole team
12.   Your mental health is put on a pedestal, ready to be improved

Once given the score, put the flags in order from the one with the highest score to the one with the lowest score.

And then?

Well, start improving the flags that aren’t really green.
