• And just 10.4% of leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies.

In recent years, we’ve made significant strides in empowering women in their careers.

And I am a living example of this:

↳ 50% of my leadership team are women.

But the gender agenda is not done.

Committing to gender diversity at work is not a short-term goal.
