The Leader’s Depth

In business, like in sports, there are 3 ways to be a Leader:
→    We can lead ourselves—and we are BASIC leaders.
→    We can lead ourselves and others—and we are GOOD leaders.
→    Or we can lead ourselves and others and spawn other leaders—and we are GREAT leaders.

But two things are sure:
→    We can’t lead others if we’re not able to lead ourselves.
→    We can’t spawn other leaders if we’re not able to lead others.

So,
→    Before trying to lead others, let’s start to lead ourselves—seriously and consciously.
→    Before trying to spawn other leaders, let’s start to lead others—seriously and consciously.

To become a great leader, we have to go through all stages.
There are no shortcuts in this game.

So let’s remember:
“We are not a great leader if we just lead others. We need to spawn other leaders to become one.”
