The Gratitude Door

How can you practice gratitude?

Here’s what you can do:
→    You just need to be grateful for the small things.

It’s by starting with the small things that we can be grateful for whatever is happening in our lives, right?

So I prepared a Gratitude Challenge for you.

Here’s how you can give it a go:

1.    For the next 14 days, set aside a 3-minute slot in your calendar.
Just 3 minutes.

You can set it:
→    Just woke up
→    Before lunch
→    Before dinner
→    Before bedtime
→    …
It will be your gratitude slot.
You can call it “Gratitude Challenge”.

2.    Now your question is:
→    What do I have to be grateful for?

Here’s the list for you:
→    Day 1 – A goal reached
→    Day 2 – A happy memory
→    Day 3 – Three talents you have
→    Day 4 – A person in your family
