The Energy Battery

How do I keep my energy up?

Here’s what I do to manage my energy.

I’m gonna split it into 4 areas:
→    Mental Energy
→    Physical Energy
→    Emotional Energy
→    Spiritual Energy
I’m sure I’m gonna forget something — sorry in advance

1.    Mental Energy

It’s all about our mind, right?
So we need to take care of it.

Here’s what I do:
→    I meditate for 20 minutes at the beginning of the day
→    I take a 5-minute break from devices every 50 minutes
→    I disconnect from devices for at least 10 hours in a row each day
→    During my breaks, I look at nature for 2 minutes while doing HIIT
→    I respect my boundaries — self-care and self-respect matter, right?

2.    Physical Energy

Our body is our home, right?

Here’s what I do:
→    I sleep 8 hours a night
→    I eat 7 small, healthy meals a day
→    I drink water at least every 50 minutes, usually every 30
→    I drink about 8 liters a day — our brain needs water, right?
→    I move my body every 50 minutes and work out daily — love the gym!

3.    Emotional Energy

Emotional intelligence matters, right?

Here’s what I do:
→    I talk to myself out loud twice a day

It’s like therapy for me.
And no, I don’t journal.
For me, talking to myself is like journaling.
But if you’re not comfortable with that, go with journaling.
My journaling is probably LinkedIn content right now.

4.    Spiritual Energy

Spirituality is underrated, isn’t it?

Here’s what I do:
→    I remind myself of my purpose
→    I practice gratitude at the beginning of each day
→    I try to align my values with my actions as much as possible
→    I take moments throughout the day to practice micro-gratitude
