So many things are planned for the end of the year, right?

So how can we alleviate stress and better prepare for next year?

Here are six techniques I use to alleviate stress:

S   →   Sit quietly in the midst of nature

T   →   Think about how stress manifests in you

R   →   Reflect on your own responses to stress

E   →   Embrace activities like Hatha Yoga

S   →   Seek moments of stillness with yourself

S   →   Share your feelings with friends (especially in this period!)

This is a simple framework to bring with us when stress knocks on the door of the house. *
