How can you practice self-care?
Let’s see 15 ways (with some cool examples):

1.    Connect with others to improve your social wellbeing.
For example:
→    When you go to a bar, start a conversation with someone.

2.    Explore activities that give you a sense of achievement. 
For example:
→    Sports (I love sports! You know, right?)

3.    Stay in the present moment by embracing mindfulness.
For example:
→    Spend 5 minutes in solitude and silence with yourself every morning just after waking up.

4.    Create a restful sleep environment and aim for 7-9 hours nightly.
For example:
→    Fresh, dark and silent bedroom
→    8 hours sleep with earplugs (like me!)

5.    Spend time daily for your physical, mental and emotional health.
For example:
→    Yoga
→    Stretching before bedtime

6.    Immerse in sensory activities for an engaging experience.
For example:
→    Aromatherapy massages
→    A full day at a Wellness Spa

7.    Be kind to yourself. Know when to say no for your self-care.

→    Define what you’re willing to accept and what you’re not.
