Positive Emotions- 8 Daily Habits to Experience Positive Emotions

How to stay positive?

More than just “work habits”, I wanna give you some “life habits”.
Our work mood is influenced by how we live our entire life, right?
So, let’s see 8 daily habits to experience 8 positive emotions.

1.    Joy
One thing we can do to experience joy is to practice laughter yoga.
Ever tried?
It’s amazing! And it really works!
Otherwise, we can spend time with pets.
I love animals!

2.    Love
Kindness and love go hand in hand, right?

So, one thing you can do to experience love is this:
→    Nurture your relationships through acts of kindness
Just be kind — you know what I mean!

3.    Gratitude
Gratitude is a wonderful emotion, isn’t it?

Now the question is:
→    How can you practice it daily?
Well, you can start or end your day with a gratitude journal.
Just write down the three things you’re grateful for.

4.    Serenity
Are you a nature lover like me?
Great!

As you know, nature and serenity go hand in hand.
I grew up in the Dolomites, so I know what serenity means.

So, if you wanna experience daily serenity, try one of these things:
→    Spend time in nature
→    Or practice yoga

5.    Hope
Tell me, do you have a problem-oriented mindset?
Or do you have a solution-oriented mindset?
Do you just look at problems?
Or do you look at problems AND solutions?

Whatever your answer, remember this:
→    Your level of hope is dictated by your ability to look at solutions

So, do what I do:
→    Fall in love with problems (= opportunities)
→    Fall in love with finding solutions
To experience hope, we need to focus on solutions rather than problems.

6.    Peace
Mindfulness is magical, right?
And I don’t mean “meditation”.
Meditation is just one of the many mindfulness practices.
Even journaling is mindfulness.
Even mindful eating is mindfulness.
Even talking to yourself out loud (like I do) is mindfulness.

So, if you wanna experience peace, do this:
→    Incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine
Simple as that.

7.    Inspiration
We need to find the motivation inside us, right?
But that doesn’t mean we can’t be inspired by other people.

So, if you wanna experience inspiration, do this:
→    Connect with people who energize you

8.    Pride
Pride and self-esteem go hand in hand.
