Ideal Anti-Burnout Routine
I am not a hard worker (anymore).
• I stopped micromanaging my team.
• Half of my day is spent on non-work activities.
• I don’t overload myself with 8 hours/day of deep work.
• I can go on a week-long retreat without worrying that everything will fall apart.
And here’s more:
• I haven’t felt burnout in over 4 years.
Does this mean I’m not a hard worker?
Or does it mean that I stopped overthinking and found a work-life balance?
(even being a careerist and obsessed with my job)
🚫 You can’t be a hard worker if you push yourself to burnout.
To be most productive and effective, you need your own anti-burnout routine based on:
• your daily habits and schedule,
• your goals and desires,
• your body’s needs,
• your personality type (e.g., introverts and extroverts recharge differently).
We are all unique.
So, we need a unique approach.
