Leaders have massive influence over creating situations where people are fully engaged, energized, and performing at their best.

⚠️You assign a team member a task that’s way beyond their skill level…. likely they’ll feel overwhelmed, stressed, or even paralyzed.

⚠️Now, give that same person a task that’s far too easy for their abilities. They’ll get bored and disengaged.

🚀But when you match tasks to the skills of people and teams, while offering just enough stretch to keep people engaged…you create the conditions for flow!

So:

👉Know their challenges
