7 Leadership Styles-Impacts On Team Dynamics & On How To Adapt
Even if we never plan to manage a team, determining our own leadership preferences is one of the most powerful things we can do for ourselves during our careers.
I’m a situational leader that leans towards servant and democratic leadership because I value trust in relationships. I am this way in work because I personally thrive in creative environments that are focused on growth. I know that my attitude is what enables me to adapt and do what is needed to work and be good at that work.
Because I know myself, I don’t suffer long with leadership where communication is poor or abusive or limiting, with leaders who can’t accept change, or those where growth is capped.
This helps me commit to those I believe are very good leaders.
