I personally have gone through all of them at different times in my life.

Here’s a 3-step guide on what to do:

1. Identify which type you are more prone to.

2. Ask yourself:
How do you feel right now?
Are you overwhelming yourself with goals/ tasks/ caring for others/ thoughts?

3. Be prepared:

• If everything is okay, create a burnout prevention plan to avoid falling into this trap.

• If you feel burned out, stick to an anti-burnout routine.

Burnout occurs when your body and mind can no longer keep up with the tasks you demand of them.
