The idea of catching up on lost sleep over the weekend is fake.

Sleeping less from Monday to Friday can disrupt our body’s natural circadian rhythm.

Put simply, it’s better to sleep for 8 hours daily than to sleep for 6 hours from Monday to Friday and then spend the weekend in bed.
