The Pyramid Of Self-Esteem

How can you level up your self-esteem?

Here are 4 steps:

1.    Grab your journal

2.    Now write down these 8 titles on the first 8 blank pages:
→    Page 1  –  Five unique things about me are…
→    Page 2  –  My best attribute is…
→    Page 3  –  My family admires me for my…
→    Page 4  –  I feel best about myself when…
→    Page 5  –  I feel most proud of myself when…
→    Page 6  –  I’m excited for…
→    Page 7  –  Five things or people I feel thankful for are…
→    Page 8  –  Five ways my life is awesome…

3.    Okay, now we have 8 pages with 8 wonderful titles, right?
Great!
Guess what we’re gonna do now?
Exactly what you thought!
Take some time and fill out all 8 pages.

Let’s see a practical example:
→    Page 1  –  Five unique things about me are…

(And four other unique things)

“My life is awesome because I have the freedom to travel every month and immerse myself in different cultures.”
(and four other ways)

4. Wow! Our journal is really nice now, right?

Now what you have to do is really simple:
→    You just need to read what you’ve written every day.

Okay?
“Uhm, okay, and for how many days?”
Well, until you decide to take another time to rewrite your answers.

For example you can:
→    Write the answers today
→    Read them for 30 days
→    Rewrite new answers
→    Read them for 30 days
→    And so on…
