How do you boost your self-esteem?

Here are 3 simple steps:

1.    Grab your journal.
List 3 things you wanna improve in the next 6 months — by the 1st of October.

For example:
→    Losing 5 kilos
→    Being fluent in your communication when you sell your stuff
→    Learning the basics of a new language (let’s say Italian, since I’m Italian)

2.    Alright! Now you’ve got 3 wonderful goals in front of you, right?

Great! Now do this:
→    For each of them, list one single activity you’re gonna do every single day.

It needs to be an activity that will allow you to get closer to your goal.
But pay attention: not an activity you do weekly.
It needs to be an activity you’re gonna do every single day for the next 180 days.
For example, let’s say you wanna lose 5 kilos.
You probably wanna go to the gym 3-4 times per week.
However, that activity is not daily, right?
So you’re not gonna write that activity.
You have to write something you’re gonna do daily.
Let’s see an example for each of those 3 goals.

1.    Losing 5 kilos

A daily activity you might write is:
→    Every single day I’ll eat a healthy breakfast

That doesn’t mean you won’t treat yourself a bit over the next 6 months.
But most likely, those treats will happen during dinner, not breakfast.
And even if you’re under the weather, you can still enjoy a healthy porridge, right? 🙂
Let’s move to the next goal.

2.     Being fluent in your communication when you sell your stuff 
Here a daily activity can’t be:
→    Contact a new potential client every day
You can’t call them on Sunday.
But what you can do every day is this:
→    Make a 10 minutes video where you explain the benefits of your products

Like you’re on a video call with a client.
And remember: you have to do it for 180 days — no stop.
Now let’s move to the last goal.

3.    Learning the basics of a new language

Here a daily activity could be:
→    Reading every day at least 10 minutes of that language.
Again: every – single – day.

3.    Alright! Now your question is:
→    “ Why do I have to do all of this?”

Simple. Stick with me.
If we wanna boost our self-esteem, we need to add some small celebrations in our life.
So, for the next 180 days, you’re gonna celebrate your daily achievements.
“Uhm, how?”

By just saying to yourself something like:
→    Great job [your name]!
→    You’re number 1, [your name]!

“Okay, and when?”
Two times per day:
→    Immediately at the end of that activity
→    Before bedtime
In short, you’re gonna give yourself 360 celebrations in the next 180 days.
Celebrations based on real results — even if small.
