It is a technique used to guide oneself into a deeply relaxed state, often to improve focus, reduce stress, or achieve a specific personal goal.

Here’s how you can practice self-hypnosis:

Be specific about your goal.

This helps you enter a relaxed state.

5. Repeat Positive Affirmations:

 – Once in a relaxed state, repeat positive affirmations For example:

 – “I am calm and confident.”
 – “I am in control of my stress.”
 – “I can focus with clarity and ease.”

 – Speak in the present tense and make the affirmations positive and clear.
