Stress Signals-Stress Supertools

What are the most underrated Supertools for reducing stress?
Here are 9 Supertools:

1.   Laugher Yoga
I came across Laughter Yoga in 2019, and I was shocked by its benefits.
At first I was skeptical, but I had to change my mind immediately.

I practiced it with a Laugher Yoga Therapist, and the concept is this:
→   Laughing reduces our stress.

So, if you don’t want to practice Laughter Yoga, consider doing what I did in 2018 during a particular period of my life:
→   Spend 5 minutes per day watching a comedy video on YouTube.

2.   Contact with Nature
So I know its benefits for reducing stress.
“Contact with nature” can also mean “gardening.”
For example, gardening is my mom’s favorite anti-stress activity.
I got a bunch of things from my mom, but gardening didn’t make the list. It’s just not my thing.

3.   Martial Arts
A couple of my friends practice Brazilian jiu-jitsu with the sole purpose of reducing stress.
So, if you like martial arts you might want to consider it.
I’ve never tried it.

Many people pray not only for the act itself but also to reduce stress.
Praying offers us similar benefits to transcendental meditation.
