Start Something New

Sometimes we just need to start something new, a new activity.

It could be swimming, helping cats in a cattery, gardening, learning to cook, hitting the gym.

But the mistake we don’t want to make is trying an activity and giving up before we see the real results.

This evening, before going to bed, ask yourself this question:

“What is that single activity that, if I start on a weekly basis, will make me happier and more fulfilled at the end of the day?”

Sometimes, depression is a lack of action

So let’s take action, and something small may change.

Let’s persist, and something big will happen. *
