Let’s see how to use the Wheel of Gratitude.

1.    Presence

One thing we can do to practice daily gratitude is this:
→    Just be grateful for the here and now


We just need to say “thanks” for everything we have at this moment.
For example, let’s say you’re enjoying a quiet evening at home.
Well, why not feel thankful for the cozy space and the comfort it brings?

2.    Abundance

Here, we just need to be thankful for all the good things in our lives
Both big and small.
Maybe you wanna be grateful for having a family that loves you.
Maybe for having good friends.
Or maybe for having a steady job.
Just feel thankful for all these blessings.

3.    Reflection

We can learn a lot from our past experiences, right?
There are so many lessons to be learned.
So, why not be grateful for those experiences?
Why not be grateful for those precious lessons?
They shaped who we are.

And I know what you’re thinking:

→    “t’s tough to look back on the difficult times I went through”
You’re right!
But you wouldn’t be the same person without those experiences.
Right?
So, let’s be grateful for how they make us stronger and wiser.

4.    Serenity

Calm and peace are things we shouldn’t take for granted, right?
Let’s be grateful for the calm and peace we feel.
Even when things are tough.
When you feel stressed, take a deep breath.
And don’t forget to say “thanks” for that calm and peace.

5.    Connection

What would life be without connection?
Imagine life without connection.
It’d be pretty lonely, right?
Sometimes we forget to value the people in our lives.
So, let’s feel grateful for our relationships with them.
Do you have that special friend who always supports you?
Well, why not say thanks to them?

6.    Growth

If you’re here, it means you’ve grown.
In life, we either grow or stagnate — just like nature.
So, let’s appreciate how we’ve grown.
Let’s appreciate how we’ve changed over time.
And let’s appreciate the journey we’ve been on.

7.    Grace

You know those unexpected good things you’ve received?
Like getting a surprise gift from a friend for no special reason.
Well, let’s be grateful for their kindness and generosity.
This is not an everyday thing.
