Dehydration

I drink 2 liters of water a day.
My siblings have decided to copy me.
Or maybe we have understood the correlation between our hydration and our daily energy.
Probably the second option is the right one.
But I’m not joking: we drink 2 liters of water a day.

Anyway, do you know how many people think that hydration is important just for their overall health?
Or do you know how many people think that it’s essential just to “expel toxins”?
Well, I can tell you that 99% of athletes drink a lot of water not for their health or their “toxins”, but for one single aspect: energy!

Now, I’m not telling you that you should drink 2 liters per day, absolutely.
I’m just telling you that drinking water is underrated.
And I know that the question that now is rustling in your mind is:
“How can you drink 2 liters of water a day?”

Naturally you can drink the number of liters that you want, but remember:
→ Your brain needs water, not just oxygen.
→ Your brain needs water, continually during the day.
→ Your brain needs water, especially at the beginning of the day (it’s dehydrated from the night).

Now I’m gonna drink. Water is calling me. Bye 👋🏼 *
