The World Is A Mess
The world is a mess. I could quote statistics, but it isn’t necessary. Your own experience confirms this sad truth. I am concerned about the world my children are growing up in. It makes me anxious to think about the world that will greet our grandchildren if we continue down the path our society is on. What happened? How did it get this way? The short answer: unholy moments. Yours, mine, everyone’s, all the way back to Adam and Eve. This simple truth forces us to acknowledge our person responsibility. The sad thing is every unholy moment makes us less of who we were created to be, and every unholy moment makes the world a little more of a mess. When we abandon our destiny, we harm ourselves and others, make happiness impossible, and leave behind us a trail of collateral damage.
